Returns/Exchanges

Returns: If you don't love your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Item(s) must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags attached.
• Item(s) returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be returned to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.
• Returns may be mailed back or brought to the store within 60 days from original purchase date.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item(s).
• Refunds should be received within 7 business days from the return processed date.
• For returns by mail, please use a reputable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and have a tracking number.
• We are not responsible for items lost while in-transit.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item for another size, color, or pattern, please purchase the new item and return the original item for a refund.
